Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  We cannot accept any returns on bullets or ammunition.

Please DO NOT write or apply shipping labels on the original packaging!

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, open or used products.
To complete your return, we require a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number which we will issue. Please write the RMA number on the outside of YOUR packaging. Please DO NOT write or apply shipping labels on the original packaging!


If your product is defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement.

Please do not send your product back to our office address. We will provide an RMA authorization number and warehouse address upon approval.

Bass Distributing has no outlet for opened products as we only deal in new merchandise. All products must be returned in resalable condition (unused and/or unopened). There will be no credit issued on items that have been used or show signs of wear.   Open items which DO NOT show any damage to the original product packaging MAY be accepted.   A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to any accepted opened items.  If the original product packaging is damaged in any way (from being opened) we will reject the return.

Due to Fraud, Bass Distributing will send all Cas Hanwei items being returned to the manufacturer for approval. 

Once a return is received, our normal refund turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days.  During peak seasons of the year, refunds can take up to 14 days to complete.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item has passed inspection, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days under normal conditions.  If your return is rejected for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.  

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please re-check your credit card statement. It could take 3 to 5 days for your refund to be officially posted by your credit card issuer. After 10 business days if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@bassdistributing.com promptly.   (Some banks take 1 or 2 billing cycles to show refunds.)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bassdistributing.com. Once approved, we will provide you with an address for return.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item unless item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx, and purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
