PLEASE NOTE: If your product is defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement. If product has been opened, a 15% restocking fee may apply. If product has any signs of use, it is ineligible for return. We do not issue prepaid return labels unless product is damaged in transit by the shipping carrier.
